We really love your little ladies and lads; but please know this will be a 18+ celebration. The only littles & teens you will be seeing is our immediate family.
Our celebration will be outdoors. Casual, with a little bit of spice. Heck wear all black, we would love that! Comfy footwear recommended.
To be sure no cellphones, cameras & no one is in the way of our incredible photographer/videographer capturing our special day we are asking that no photos be taken during the ceremony. Please do not share any photos of us on our big day until we have had the chance to do so! We hope you understand!
The ceremony will be located in the woods, this means you will be walking there on a footpath- it is a short distance but please let us know if you need accommodations beforehand and we would be happy to get that for you. We will have a gator available to get you to and from. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony while we are out taking photos. Drinks and snacks will be available for you and mingling/exploring the location is encouraged! The reception will follow cocktail hour which will include dinner, of course music and a bonfire for s’mores. We are wanting this to be laid back, full of laughter and dancing. The party will end around 11pm and we will have a late night snack while hanging out around the fire taking the whole day in.
We will be having free minimal selections at the bar. If you are wanting what is not included you will be responsible for your drinks with cash. Also tipping the bartender is expected!
We welcome you to bring your tent and/or camper (no electricity hook ups) to spend the evening in the forest with a safe place to stay on us! We have reserved a hotel block & more of those details are located on the hotel page. If you are staying off site PLEASE have a sober driver. We want you all to have fun, but we also love you all very much and want you safe. If something happens with your ride please let us know & we will find you one. Your safety is most important to us.
Your presence is all we need, but if you feel inclined please consider donating to our honeymoon fund! There will be a card box located at the reception.
