Upon exit from the airport, Xcaret has their own private (air-conditioned) waiting area where they will usher you to the shuttle for the resort. Depending on traffic, the ride can take 45 minutes to an hour. The shuttle is a comfortable charter bus. The shuttle service is available EVERYDAY and is included (round trip to and from CUN) so no need to plan around it.
