For those guests that may prefer to stay away from downtown, the Parkview Guesthouse/Historic Hotel is located uptown, right next door to Audubon Park and Tulane University. They offer a complementary hot breakfast and are right on the St. Charles Streetcar line. They also have a fully stocked bar downstairs, The Guilded Perch. It’s a lovely hotel and is owned by family friends of the Marzullo’s - Liz and Terry Creel.

New Orleans Streetcar

New Orleans’ iconic streetcar system is an easy and scenic way to explore the city! The St. Charles, Canal, and Riverfront lines will take you through historic neighborhoods, the French Quarter, and along the Mississippi River. You can hop on at any stop, and fares are just $1.25 per ride (exact change needed). For a whole day of unlimited rides, a Jazzy Pass is only $3 and can be purchased through the RTA app or at select locations around town.
