I have to give a shout out to this place! The eldest of the Sicheri sisters (Megan) did an amazing thing and created Open Up, a place for anyone to learn about yoga and mindfulness tools. Open Up is primarily geared toward those living with disabilities that may have limited access to physical activites and movement resources. All are welcome to join in classes!
