Where should we stay in Istanbul?

Answer

The wedding will be held on the European side of the Bosphorus and most hotels and airbnbs towards the center of the city are easily accessible via a short taxi ride. Areas we recommend to stay in: - Beşiktaş - Karaköy - Ortaköy The wedding party will be staying at Bankerhan Hotel in Karaköy from 7/8 - 7/13. (Google describes the area as "a happening harborside area where funky cafes and late-night cocktail bars mix with traditional neighborhood bakeries and family-run shops." )

Where should we stay in Vermont?

Answer

Our venue in Vermont is more rural and therefore accommodations are overall sparse. Our recommendation is airbnb or local inns including the Featherbed Inn.
