Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in ALL BLACK (black tie, semi-formal, or cocktail attire). White shirts with suits are okay!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding & reception will be an adults-only event (with the exception of our flower girl). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We will be having an “unplugged ceremony” (No phones or cameras), as we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. When the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to us with any specific dietary restrictions or allergies! The staff at Tailwater Lodge will make any necessary accommodations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Although the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can find a seat and get settled!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request guests to RSVP by February 21st, 2026. This ensures we are able to provide our venue and vendors with a final guest count. In order to receive the hotel room block discount, you must also book by February 21st, 2026. To RSVP, click on the “RSVP” tab at the top of the page, and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope.
