Question

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

We do not ask that our guests dress in any certain attire. It will already mean the world to us if everyone is able to make the trip!!! Remember: February weather can be chilly in Indiana, but not so much in Arizona! Dress accordingly.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony is completely unplugged!! Phones, cameras, and other devices are NOT permitted during our ceremony. We did already hire the best photographer and want the best quality photos! Guest cellphones do not need to be in the background of the photographers photos. After the ceremony, we encourage guests to take photos and videos to post using our wedding hashtag! This allows us to be able to see them as well!

Question

Who is invited to attend the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an intimate ceremony all the way out in Arizona, which left us to ask that only our immediate family and a few friends be present on our big day. We look forward to celebrating with everyone else once we return home!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the ceremony. However, Uber and Lyft are both reliable and commonly used in the area!

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the desert!!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be free parking at the park. Look for specifications with your invitation on where we will be having the ceremony within the park!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All of the dates for important events will be under the “schedule” tab within this webpage. Guests can find location, time, as well as any other necessary information under that section.

Question

How much does it cost to enter the park?

Answer

Unfortunately, the park still charges admission fees even if people are entering as guests for a wedding ceremony. The standard entrance pass fee is $15 per person OR $25 per vehicle based on how you enter the park. This entrance pass is good for 7 days after you buy it, so if you wish to re-enter the park within that time, you will not be required to pay again!

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to get us a gift, we do not expect that you bring it all the way out West! You may also save and deliver gifts when we host our celebration upon arriving back home.

Question

What health and safety measures should we be taking during the event?

Answer

The desert gets warm! We recommend wearing sunglasses and sunscreen at a minimum. Be sure to pack water in order to prevent dehydration. Also, the critters and cactus needles are both everywhere and unpredictable. Wearing closed-toe shoes as well as keeping a first-aid kit on you should be prioritized. Don’t worry though - we will bring an extra pair of tweezers just in case a cactus jumps out at ya!😉

Question

What is the best way to contact you for any additional questions?
