What date should I RSVP by and can I RSVP online ?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by May 31st , 2025. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you cannot attend. Additionally, RSVPs will be accepted online ONLY (please visit our RSVP page). We will not be accepting any paper or mailed or texted RSVPs, if you need help with this process please reach out to the bride or groom.

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 please arrive latest 3:15

What airport should I fly into ?

Answer

The closest airport to the venue is Tri-Cities Airport in Blountville , Tn and the airport closer to the bride and grooms house is McGee Tyson Airport in Alcoa,Tn

What happens if I don’t RSVP in Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by May 31st, 2025 we will assume you are unable to attend, and your spot will be marked as a no. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late RSVPs as the venue requires a final guest count by the deadline. We will miss celebrating with you!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors ?

The ceremony will take place outdoors !

Will there be an open bar ?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar. However, shots are not allowed per venue restrictions.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The last call will be at 10pm with music also stopping then , everyone will need to be out by 11pm.
