What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the official ceremony. The ceremony starts at 5:30p.m.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar outside on the patio. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The hotel we have picked will provide transportation per your request. The transportation will be by bus. The more guests you have on the bus, the cheaper it will be!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of parking space at The Grand Ivory.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we’ve included on your invitation. We are having a kid-friendly wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! You can opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders. You can also bring your own if you like.

What should I wear?

This is a black-tie event, which means NO JEANS, and all guests MUST BE IN ALL BLACK!!
