The venue is located in Byers, Colorado. The closest major airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), which is approximately 40 miles from Byers. Taking a ride-share from the airport to your hotel is usually doable. Once you’re in town, however, ride-shares are very limited and can’t always be relied on, especially in the evening. Because of this, we strongly recommend planning to have your own transportation for the weekend. Renting a car through a traditional rental agency or using Turo is the easiest and most reliable way to get around and travel to and from the venue. The closest hotel option is the Comfort Inn in Bennett, Colorado, which is about 12 miles from the venue. Vacation rental options in the immediate area are limited, but a small number of rentals may be available in Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, and Watkins. Some parts of Aurora may also be an option and are approximately 30–35 minutes away, depending on location. For guests who prefer a more rustic stay, there is a KOA in Strasburg with cabins available. Guests interested in renting a camper or RV may also be able to stay at the KOA or park on the venue property with advance coordination.
