We went to the same university where we first met each other. We used to see each other here and there around campus since 2017 and had a few short conversations, but we did not know each other that well. We were not even friends on social media, lol. At that time, we were both busy with school and work, but we both had a good impression of each other. Fast forward to September 2020, Sam added me on his Insta. I accepted the request, but we did not have any conversation. On Dec 5th, 2020, Sam replied to my story, which was a repost of my brother's post (Kushal). My lazy self could never post anything by myself, lol. And that picture was a plate full of different varieties of Nepali food, lol. Not surprising, right? If you know Sam even a little, you’d know his love for food, lol. So that's how our first official chat began. Our conversation felt so natural and so comfortable. We had so many similarities (literally) lol. We both had the same major, the same apartment number, the same blood group. We both had our childhood best friend living in Louisiana at that time, we shared similar values and ambitions, and most importantly, we both had an unhealthy love for TEA. As we got closer, we started learning more about each other and found out that even though we share some similarities, our personalities are completely different but somehow we balance each other out. This is how our story began. We’re so excited to continue growing together and sharing this journey for the rest of our lives.
