Question

What about COVID?

Answer

We are asking all guests to either be fully vaccinated (>2 weeks from last dose) or to test negative prior to the wedding. We want to ensure everyone that your safety and health are priorities and encourage everyone to be responsible for our shared health. As such, we are asking guests to be mindful of your activities and contacts 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding. For those who have not been vaccinated, we are requesting negative PCR-testing 48-72 hours prior to the wedding and quarantining thereafter before the big day. It goes without say that if you have any concerning symptoms (and remember that COVID comes in innumerable flavors with wide-ranging symptoms and severity), to please stay home. We want to celebrate this day with everyone, but want to do so safely. If you are interested in local resources for DMV testing sites, please don't hesitate to reach out to us privately! We thank everyone for their understanding.

Question

What COVID precautions will be taken at the wedding?

Answer

In addition to asking all guests to either be fully vaccinated and/or tested prior to the wedding, we are having everyone wear masks for the event. Additionally, there will be some reception tables that will be placed in the adjoining courtyard for the dining service portion of the evening, in accordance with the state's capacity restrictions.

Question

Is there transportation between the hotel and winery?

Answer

Yes! There will be private shuttle bus for travel to and from the winery. Pick up times will be 4:15pm for the ceremony, as well as 10:30pm and midnight from the winery back to the hotel.

Question

Is there parking at the winery!

Answer

Yes, there will be on-site parking, should you elect to drive.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children! However, we have decided to keep this event adults-only.

Question

Will the wedding be virtually streamed?

Answer

No unfortunately, due to the bandwidth limitations at the winery, it turns out that we will not be able to livestream the wedding after all. However, we will be having a videographer and expect to send out a highlight reel to those who could not make it.
