Our wedding will take place at Celebrations by The Bay, 2042 Knollview Dr, Pasadena, MD 21122, Saturday, September 26 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We ask that you arrive about 15-20 minutes early to find your seat, get settled, and find parking. The wedding party should arrive as instructed during the rehearsal.

Answer

We would love to accommodate all of our friends and family, but due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation.

Answer

We understand that emergencies happen. However, please note that our Final Headcount Deadline is June 1st. After this date, we are contractually obligated to pay our caterer and vendors for every seat reserved. Because these payments are non-refundable to us, we ask that you please double-check your calendar before this deadline. If you know you cannot attend, please let us know before June 1st so we can plan accordingly. While we would love to have you, we kindly ask that you treat your RSVP as a firm commitment so we do not incur costs for empty seats.

Join us in celebrating our fall wedding! We kindly request that you wear cocktail attire. While not required, we would love for our guests to embrace the season by incorporating rich fall colors into their outfits. Adding a little fun flair to the occasion. Colors such as Deep Greens: Emerald, forest green, olive, and tan options (not white). AVOID WEARING COLORS SUCH AS IVORY (BRIDE'S COLOR) AND BURGUNDY (GROOM'S COLORS), AND BURNT ORANGE OR TERRACOTTA. What to Wear: For Men: A suit with or without a tie, or a sports coat with dress trousers or cargo shorts. For Women: Cocktail dresses, skirts, blouses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant pantsuits.

Yes, there is free on-site parking available at Kahler Hall. Please read signs when entering lots to ensure your are not parking restricted spaces.

The ceremony and reception will be held in doors on the lower level. Follow the directional signage from the parking lot to the stairs. Our venue is wheel chair accessible, please see signs to lift/elevator.
