When should I submit my RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP as soon as possible but no later than June 1st.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle leaving from the Springhill Suites at 4:00 to help with transportation to the venue! It’ll also be available at 10:45 to bring guests back to the hotel.

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is plenty of parking on site!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside by the pond and cocktail hour will be around the porch area. However, since it is July, the reception will be inside with AC!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal! We are aware of the summer heat, so ladies wear your cute cocktail dresses and skirts! Gentlemen please wear nice slacks and shirt. No jeans or shorts preferably.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Summer in South Carolina is typically hot with some cooling down in the evening. Be prepared for the heat during the ceremony (but enjoy the AC during the reception!)

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are trying to keep our guest list to those people we know and want to celebrate with, so if you do not have a plus one on your invitation, please do not bring an extra guest.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

If they are included on the invitation, of course! Similar to the plus one answer, if they are not on the original guest list, please do not bring them.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a fantastic buffet style dinner with a selection of meat, salad, and veggies. If you are a vegan, please inform the bride and groom prior to the wedding and they will ensure that your vegan meal is prepared.

Will there be an open bar?

As former bartenders, the simple answer is yes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, by 4:45.
