On November 14th 2020 we gathered with our immediate family members and had the unexpected wedding of our dreams. We are so filled with love and the day was everything we could have asked for. Due to this, we have decided to forego our August reception and begin our lives as husband and wife! We do acknowlege that there were faces we very much wish that we could have included in our special day. We thank you so much for all your kindness and support, we love you all! What weve been up to since November: after our wedding we went on our honeymoon to Sedona, AZ. We spent our time hiking, riding horses, doing jeep tours and eating a ton of good food. After the holidays we got a puppy! Benji is a red and black german shepherd and was born on our wedding day! He is a light in our lives and brings so much entertainment and laughter Whats next: We are house hunting! Kyle recently got a new job that will officially keep us in the charlotte area. We are super excited to move into a spot with a little more space but the real estate market is crazy! Wish us luck!!
On November 14th 2020 the weather was as beautiful as it could be. The sun was shining and we were ready to get hitched! The ceremony started around 3 pm and seats for 8 were ready to be filled. Bob Cullen headed to the altar for he had an the most important job on that day, to get these two married! Next the guests were escorted one by one to their seats. Jackson (Kyle and Madisons dog) then pranced down the isle and sat at kyles feet like he had been preparing for this job his whole life LOL. Then came the flower girls; though they had practiced, a little stage fright hit as they stepped into the isle. But after the initial shock they were at the altar waiting for the bride. Madisons brother Mason escorted her down the isle in leui of her father who passed in 2015. It was an extremely special moment with tears all around. Mason handed madison off to Kyle and the ceremony began. Bobby spoke like the true reverend he was born to be. Caroline (Kyles sister in law) spoke and read a story about how the couple met. Then madisons sister ryley and kyles brother kenny read a story about life and priorities in marriage. Then it was time for the vows. Kyle and Madison prepared their own vows for the event and read them aloud. Kyle and Madison both went opposite in their approaches as Madison opted for a comical script and Kyle went the sentimenal route and had the bride in full tears. They sealed their vows with rings that were attched to their dog Jackson (who was ready at the side of Kyle) and then they were pronouced husband and wife!! They proceeded with a reception in a private room at the Fig Tree (a restaurant walking distance from the couples home) From there they had a lovely evening of laughter and fun. The mother of the bride and the mother of the groom both made unforgettable speaches to the couple and they toasted many MANY times. And then they lived happily ever after!!
