Nathalie Palacios

Maid of Honor

Nat & Jo first met on the Fullerton Rangers soccer team in elementary school, but the stars aligned for them when Nat transferred to Ladera Vista in 8th grade where they solidified their friendship at their round table in spanish class. From there on, it was all play and no work. Without Nathalie, Jordan would have had better grades and would have been grounded less throughout high school- but it made for the best time and stories that will be told for generations to come.

Travis Shuler

Best Man

There will never be enough words of appreciation and love to describe a best friend that shares your own blood. Although there undoubtedly has been times where they drive each other crazy, Travis and Ryan have a brotherhood uniquely marked by the closest of friendships. The love for adventure and nature was fostered through their parents and grandparents and solidified in endless days of building forts, digging holes, cutting down trees, shooting BB guns and completing projects for Grandpa. In adulthood, Travis has been alongside his brother through thick and thin. They share a mutual protectiveness, respect and brotherly love that will, without doubt, last a lifetime.

Miranda Dutton

Bridesmaid

Growing up, Jordan prayed every night for a sibling that she could play with. When Jordan was 11, Miranda was born and it was diaper changing and babysitting for years to come. Now, Miranda is 16 years old and is following in her favorite sisters footsteps ;)

Tom Cowles

Groomsman

Ryan and Tom met in high school as a part of the coming together of one of Granite Bays most infamous bands. Tom and Ryan have spent months together traveling, falling naturally in step on gringo-less back roads, navigating mazes of collectivos and have shared the honor of being adopted into the age old community of Peruvian cockfighting. From the beginning their friendship has been tight, easily enduring high school, Tom's 6 years in the Navy and living on opposite ends of CA. Tom is one of the most honest and loyal friends anyone could ask for. Besides that, he can tell a mean story that means the past 15+ years of friendship has been spent laughing together.

Jessica Luoma

Bridesmaid

It all started at her part-time Woodstocks Pizza career in college where Jordan fell in love with the funniest, Jesus loving-pizza flipping-beer pouring, coworker: Jess. College was filled with 5am surf sessions, living room dance parties, and pranks. After school, Jordan and Jess backpacked around Colombia where they said "si" to all that the Colombians had to offer.

Rocky Russo

Groomsman

Ryan and Rocky met in 7th grade at Cavitt Junior High. If there is one thing you should know about Rocky, it's that he's a hummingbird. No seriously, if you speak with him this might come up in conversation because he is always in motion seeking the sweetest parts of life and in people. From the beginning, Ryan and Rocky set a pace for adventuring that is matched by few and is truly why they have stayed so closely connected over the past 20+ years. From endless Baja adventures to laps and laps around Oahu, sun up to sundown you will rarely find a moment not spent in motion. Rocky has served as confidant, a support in tough times and a loyal friend. He contains a love for life and people that is contagious.

Brisa Gonzalez

Bridesmaid

Jordan and Brisa met on the bright pink Scorching Dragons soccer team in 4th grade. They were reunited freshman year of high school where summers & weekends were filled with soccer, eating & napping at each other houses, getting ready for school dances, and many a GNI's (girls night in's). They are survived through their low-budget Nacho Libre spanish-class video and many, many other had-to-be-there-hilarious stories.

Nick Viglietti

Groomsman

Nick and Ryan have been friends since they were 5 years old. There are two things Nick makes sure everyone Ryan introduces him to knows. (1.) Ryan and Nick met each other in transitional 1st grade. What is transitional 1st grade? Ask Nick. (2.) The first time they hung out Nick saw Ryan eat dog food. Not only have these two stories provided years of confused and concerned people, but it marks the beginning of a life long friendship. Nick's commitment to friendship has meant that no matter if he was helping rebuild after Katrina, restoring trails in Montana or working for the US Forest Service you would always receive a letter, email or knock on the door. His true loyalty as a friend has kept them close friends to this day.

DANA Magallanes

Bridesmaid

Dana was a late-comer on the Fullerton Rangers soccer team to whom Jordan said, "You can't play with us." But Jo couldn't help but love everything about Dana's caring, fun-loving and instigative personality. Out of the "crazy mom" rankings, Dana's was #1 while Jordan's was #2. Dana accompanied Jordan on many family vacations where Jordan's mom would take back the #1 spot. PS- Dana has been living in Africa for 2 years & is making her return this July- just in time for the party!

Cameron Kroll

Groomsman

Cameron met Ryan over a decade ago as a fellow teammate and pole-vaulter on UC Berkeley's Track & Field team. With family far away, Cameron and Ryan took turns being older and younger brothers in college. Pushing the limits, looking out for one another and making sure that when it came time to train and compete they showed up everyday ready to go harder than any other team on the track. The fiery passion for life and no BS policy is what makes Cameron dead set loyal and an irreplaceable friend. Through the years the deep love for the outdoors has kept these two connected with an annual camp trip that has taken them all over the west coast. Cameron married his wonderful wife and fellow Cal pole-vaulter and friend, Theresa, 4 years ago.

Jessie Duller & Sammi Bengston

Bridesmaids

This story could not be told separately. Jordan, Jessie and Sammi met freshman year of college while playing on the Cal Poly soccer team. Jessie & Sam's dorm was in the same building, so Jordan sought refuge, clothes and snuggle time there. Jessie was a Bio major who believes in science & Sammi was a straight A student, but you know what they say... opposites make great bar-hopping and dance partners. ;) & together, they lived happily roommates ever-after for the rest of college.

John Garcia

Groomsman

John and Ryan have been friends since high school. Their beginnings were marked by summer days of torturing his mom and neighbors with band practice followed by many years of concerts and bonfire campouts. John married his amazing wife, Amber, 7 years ago when Ryan was just wrapping up his time at Berkeley. Being the first couple to tie the knot, John and Amber have been the official authority on approving significant others as marriage material for our friends. Of course, Jordan passed with flying colors. While living on the other side of CA and raising 3 beautiful children, they have both been incredibly consistent and supportive cheerleaders in Ryan's life for the past 15+ years

Jacques Dutton

Junior Groomsman

Ryan had the opportunity to meet Jacques at Jordan's family Easter 2017. Jacques is a 14 year old stud water polo player who's about to start high school. He does a fine job of bugging his older sister but also loves her well. Ryan is honored to marry his older sister and become his brother-in-law
