Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is Indian wedding attire or formal attire. Choose whatever you feel most comfortable in!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be two school bus shuttle picking up guests at the Concourse Hotel and the Embassy Suites at 1:10pm on 6/20. Buses will be leaving the Fields Reserve starting at 8:30pm and running every half hour to bring guests back to the hotels. The last bus will depart the Fields Reserve at 11:30pm. The Tru by Hilton in Stoughton has their own shuttle bus. We were unable to reserve the bus ahead of time. Check with the hotel during check-in to see if it is available. It is first come first serve. I apologize, and I will keep trying to get a call back from the manager there.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking at The Fields Reserve. Please plan for a safe ride home

MSN Airport to Madison hotels is only 6 miles, a 20-minute trip (uber ~$25) MSN Airport to the Stoughton hotel is 18 miles, a 29-minute trip (uber ~$40)
