Ali Rosswurm

Officiant

Ali Jeanne is Kasey's older sister who has a magical way with words and a presence that can fill a room with love and excitement. Ali has always been Kasey's protector and biggest cheerleader in life. Initially, Ali wanted to ensure that Duncan was 'good enough' for Kasey but quickly after Ali and Duncan met for the first time in 2014, Ali considered him a part of the family and has done so ever since. Kasey loves Ali not only because she is her sister, but because Ali is one of the strongest, most resilient, most intelligent, and most loving people Kasey has ever known. Kasey and Duncan are beyond grateful that Ali will be officiating their ceremony and helping them celebrate on their big day!

Logan Rains

Man of Honor

Logan William is Kasey’s person, “brother”, and bestest friend. Logan was one of the first people Kasey met after moving to Cincinnati, OH in 2009 and they quickly became close friends. Logan attended high school with Duncan and was one of the people who helped introduce Kasey to Duncan. Kasey and Logan lived together as roommates for over three years while in Cincinnati, OH. Logan's family has always made Kasey feel welcome and loved, so much so that Kasey has labeled the Rains clan as her surrogate family on many occasions. Logan and Kasey continue to have a stellar friendship and she is honored to have Logan by her side during this most exciting occasion!

Mackenzie Markis

Maid of Honor

Mackenzie Francis has somehow been able to maintain the longest length and greatest strength of friendship Kasey has ever known. Kasey and Mackenzie share over 16 years of bestfriendedness starting from when they met in 8th grade and instantly bonded over their shared love of all things morbid, sarcastic, crass, and feline related. Mackenzie has remained a constant voice of reason, shown consistent and unconditional love, and has been there for Kasey without question for more than the majority of Kasey's life. Kasey cannot picture her wedding without Mackenzie by her side, as the Maker of Happiness, the Mother of Hell, as Kasey's all mighty Maid of Honor.

Molly Fair

Bridesmaid

Molly Marie and Kasey can both vividly remember the moment they decided they would be forever the greatest of friends, at a mutual friends mountain home in September 2014. Molly and Kasey bonded over their shared quirkinesses and brutal honesty, love of thrifting and animals, and needing a “sister” friendship in Colorado. Molly has been consistent source of inspiration, creativity, and motivation for Kasey and she cannot imagine life without Molly. There is no one on this earth quite like Molly and there is no way Kasey could walk down the aisle without Molly as a bridesmaid.

Sarah Priola

Bridesmaid

Sarah Dawn was the first friend Kasey made when she moved to Denver, CO in August 2014. They met slangin’ sammies at the OG BCD and whether it was her gold apron, gorgeous RBF and unbelievably generous and caring personality, or their bonding over sending texts in ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME, Kasey knew instantly that she found a forever friend in Sarah. As their friendship grew, they found that they made great travel companions and they have spent time together in Utah, California, and multiple mountain getaways. Kasey loves Sarah more than she will ever frikkin' know and Kasey is beyond grateful to have Sarah as her bridesmaid in The Shrimpy Wedding.

Margaret Kran-Annexstein

Bridesmaid

Kasey and Margaret became friends after meeting for the first time in 2010 at Bonnaroo! Margaret and Duncan shared mutual friends by attending high school together (SURSUM AD SUMMUM!) which further ignited the love and great friendship Kasey has with Margaret today. Shortly after Kasey moved to Denver, CO to live with Duncan, Margaret found out she was also moving to Denver and the three of them shared a home together for almost three years. Kasey and Margaret instantly bonded over their shared love of Beyonce, dancing, and going on adventures with all the friends. Margaret is one of the most kind hearted, hard working, loyal, and loving friends Kasey has ever had and she is more than grateful to have Margaret as a Bridesmaid on her and Duncan's special day!

Noah Hiler

Best Man

Noah has been my brother since birth. Even beyond the whole blood ties and family thing I truly consider him to be a great friend. There is no one else I would want to have be my Best Man. Thanks Noah for teaching me how to be a Cincinnati Bengals fan, you were a fan long before me. While we are very different people as most siblings are I absolutely cherish the time we get to see each other. Sadly it hasnt been as much as I would like recently but I am so happy to watch you grow from afar. Keep Killing it Big No.

Danny Macovei

Groomsman

From the moment I met Danny in 6th or 7th grade I knew we would be friends. I think it was the juggalo face paint that he was wearing that sealed the deal. Although we didn't become close right away that smeared terribly applied clown makeup stuck with me. Very few people can make me die laughing as frequently as Danny and to me that is a great quality in a friend. It has been a pleasure and a honor to call you a friend for so long and I take comfort in knowing I can continue to call you a friend for years to come. Thanks bud.

Joe Walsh

Groomsman

Do That Walsh and I became friends at Camp Ernst the summer before 7th grade. Maybe it was being forced to stay in a cabin together for a week that sparked our friendship or archery, hard to say now. Joe has always been an influence for me to slow down and enjoy things. I have never met someone who can take a gameboy camera or laser pointer/flashlight etc. and use it to create pieces that are greater than anything I could begin to think of. Keep doing that Walsh.

Jon Grossman

Groomsman

Gron "Grampy Gooby" Grossman is single handily the biggest dingus I have ever met and I LOVE IT. Meeting and becoming friends with Jon was a large part of Denver becoming my home. Sitting around and drinking a billion beers listening to stupid songs can really build a friendship or a case of Stockholm Syndrome. Plus look at this picture of us, we absolutely crushed beach wedding attire so imagine what we can do for this wedding.

Matt Hamlin

Groomsman

The bond of brokering freight is something that cant be understated. The bond of being regulars at a bar the is equidistant from both of your apartments cant be understated. The bond of consistently drinking liquor that you both hate when together cant be understated (although I am pretty sure Hamlin loves Rumplemintz). The list could go on and on but Hamlin from early on was a great friend of mine in Denver and continues to be a great friend to this day despite any distance between us. Love ya bud.

Jake Holden

Groomsman

Jake Holdeb as he is in my phone and has been for 8 years (I'll change it one of these days) has been a rock in my life. From meeting in high school and hanging around each other on and off to moving into the now defunct Mahalo Mansion (RIP its still standing and someone else lives there now but it will never be the same) Jake has been steadfast. A great pal to ski with, a great corn hole partner (seriously the guy is a ringer), a great slow scooter driver (he won a bar tab at the Bengals bar in Denver by driving a scooter the slowest out of all drunk patrons around some boxes). I am using way too many parenthesis and getting off track but Jake is a great guy and a great friend.
