We met freshman year at TCNJ when we were placed on the same freshman floor. We instantly became friends and eventually, best friends. Shrey always had a liking for Megha, and would often times joke about being together. Megha, too focused on school, never took it seriously... until something changed. During our senior spring, something finally clicked and Megha started to reciprocate feelings towards Shrey. And after 3.5 years of patiently waiting, Shrey finally achieved his goal of dating Megha. The rest was history

Perhaps the only thing Shrey loves more than Megha, is the Philadelphia Eagles. So it felt fitting to ask Megha to be his girlfriend on the Eagles field during their annual draft party. Before asking, Shrey talked about how it took the Eagles 60 years to win their first ever Super Bowl, and if there's one thing it taught him, it was that everything is worth the wait.

As they share many memories here, Shrey thought it would be meaningful to ask the big question in Philadelphia. Megha came to Race St Pier, where Shrey was waiting by the water. Megha and Shrey shared a moment and then, with their favorite Bollywood songs playing in the background, he popped the question. Afterwards, Shrey & Megha shared a moment at a local cafe. Here, Megha watched a video of Shrey asking her family members for her hand in marriage. The final stop was a surprise proposal party at La Fontana Della Citta, where our family and friends were eagerly waiting.
