When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would recommend staying at the Tenuta di Artimino Melia Hotel, adjacent to Villa Artimino where we will host the wedding events. There are air bnb options which are driving distance away from the hotel, but please bear in mind that the Artimino estate is in a secluded location with rural country roads.

Yes, there is onsite parking at the Tenuta di Artimino Melia Hotel

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the Jaan arrival for 9am on Wednesday 26th June at the entrance of the hotel

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service available within the Melia Hotel if you choose to stay in the 'Borgo Village'. The Borgo apartments and rooms are about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The 'Style' and 'Singular' room types are located much closer to the main reception and Villa Artimino.

Should I fly to Florence or Pisa airport?

Answer

Both Pisa and Florence airports are within driving distance to Villa Artimino. Pisa airport is about 55 minutes by taxi, Florence airport is around 25 minutes by taxi.
