We’re tying the knot!

Marvin and I met at The Barleen’s Dinner Show in Apache Junction, AZ. The Barleen’s was my first job in 2010, and I had worked 3 seasons there before leaving to finish my degree and moving to Wyoming for a couple of years. After returning to Arizona, in fall of 2019, I got a call from the Barleen’s to fill a brass spot on the show. Marvin and I worked closely together as the horn section, and realized quickly we both had very similar, maybe even deranged senses of humor. After a few months of many laughs, he invited me over for steaks and Patron—the rest is history!
