Ample parking is available on-site at The Hidden Oaks for your convenience. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. Vehicles left on the property overnight must be picked up by 11 am on Sunday morning.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 4:15 pm to ensure everyone has found a seat and to keep our timeline running smoothly!
Black-tie optional or formal attire are equally welcome.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Your children are wonderful, but we ask that this gathering remain adults only.
Transportation to the wedding ceremony will be provided for guests who marked "Yes" to the transportation question on the wedding website. Please meet at the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Scott's Addition by 3:45 PM. The bus will depart promptly at 3:45 PM.
