When and Where is the Wedding?

Date: Friday, May 22nd, 2026 Ceremony & Reception Venue: The Guild Inn Estate, Scarborough Ontario

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, but only for guests staying at the recommended hotels. A shuttle bus will be available from the shared hotel lot to the venue, with pick-up times confirmed closer to the date. The shuttle will also return guests to the hotels at the end of the evening, with one departure time at the end of the event.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by December 31st, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we have not received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as ‘not attending’.

What if I need to update my RSVP?

Answer

Please edit your RSVP response as soon as possible if your plans change. You'll be able to do so in the RSVP section. We’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute adjustments. Please note the deadline to RSVP is December 31st, 2025.

Can I bring my children?

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking?

Yes! Parking is available onsite immediately upon arriving at the venue for all of our guests.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at latest 3:45pm to allow time for parking and to get seated. More details about the specific timetable of the day will be provided at the event.

What time will the reception end?

Our reception will end music by 12:30am.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our friends and family to get fancy with us! Get inspired by the vibrant colors of the season as spring blooms into summer. Our dress code is formal attire with a colorful flair. Please kindly avoid wearing white, cream, silver or light green as these are reserved for the bridal party. Gentlemen, we also ask that you refrain from wearing white suits.

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we have a registry section on this website.
