When should I RSVP by?

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will being promptly at 3:00. I would plan to arrive by 2:45 to give yourself time to find parking and make your way to the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We did not plan our wedding with kids in mind, but we understand that some people may not have childcare given our families will be attending the wedding. We would like you to do what’s best for your family. If you have a child who is coming who we did not put on the RSVP, please just let us know. Thank you!

Can I park at the venue overnight?

Answer

We have confirmed with the venue that it’s okay to leave your car in the lot for the night as long as you come pick it up the next day. So, if you drink too much, please make the responsible choice and call an Uber or catch a ride and do not drive.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We ended up not getting a hotel room block because we weren't sure how many people would be staying overnight. We are staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg-West Hershey in Mechanicsburg. Anyone is welcome to stay there as well! There are also a few other hotel options within 10 or so minutes from the venue in Mechanicsburg. Reach out to one of us if you need help finding a hotel!

What kind of food are you having at the reception?

Answer

We will be having 3 different stations - a fiesta/taco station, flatbread pizza station, and salad station. We will also be having a late night soft pretzel bar to enjoy following the reception and of course dessert!
