What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm EST so we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior!

Question

When will the shuttle leave to transport guests back to the hotels after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be several shuttles offering rides back to the AC Hotel beginning at approximately 9:30 pm EST. The last shuttle will depart at approximately 11:30 pm EST.

Question

If I drive to the wedding ceremony, can I leave my car parked there overnight?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Hazelnut Farm for guests. You can park your car there and leave it overnight. The venue requests that any cars parked overnight are picked up by 12pm on Saturday.

Will Uber/Lyft be available after the reception?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft both service the area and will be available for rides home from the reception.

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The reception to follow will be inside. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved inside or under a covered area.
