Our first date was at Diskin Cider in Nashville, TN. The table next to us was set up with "Just Engaged" decor because an engagement party occurred shortly before we arrived. Scott motioned over to the table towards the end of the date and said "Do you think that's foreshadowing?"

Scott proposed at a local lookout spot that had become our favorite place to see the Nashville skyline. We were then welcomed by our family and closest friends at an engagement party at Diskin Cider. So, yes.. it was foreshadowing.

Because we wanted one of our best friends to be able to officiate our ceremony, we were actually legally married last year! We’re excited to celebrate with you in March and share our personal vows before family and friends.
