We ask that guests wear ALL BLACK formal attire. Please use this time to dress up, show up, and show out! The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

UNPLUGGED CEREMONY
Answer
We kindly request that our wedding ceremony be an "unplugged" experience. To allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the moment, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to sharing this special day with you!

CAN I BRING A DATE / GUEST?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed at the time you RSVP. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you refrain from extending the invite to anyone not listed.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
To help us with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is May 24, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and you will be marked as "NOT ATTENDING". We hope you understand.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?

If you do not RSVP by May 24, 2025 you will be marked as "NOT ATTENDING" no exceptions. We will miss celebrating with you however we have to provide our venue with an accurate count by that date. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive by 4:30pm to allow yourself enough time to park and make your way to the 2nd floor Pool Terrace where the ceremony will be held. Everyone should be seated by 4:45pm. No guests will be allowed in after 5:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please wait in the lobby of the hotel if you arrive after 5:00pm. There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony that you are welcome to attend. Weddings must follow a strict timeline in order to run smoothly, we hope you understand and plan accordingly. Thank you in advance.

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by 4:45pm you will miss the ceremony. We will see you at the reception.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT AFTER I RSVP?

We understand that life happens. If you cannot make the wedding please make sure to notify either of us ASAP.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
No, we chose to have a cash bar for our wedding. The hotel accepts cash, debit and or credit cards. Please plan accordingly.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Answer
As much as we love children, this will be an adult only celebration.
