It's Official!

It was your stereotypical college love story. Like "someone" was trying to get us together, we kept bumping into each other without even realizing it. Living in dorms next to each other our Freshman year, in the same class (Tim sitting directly behind Shona) our second semester, Tim living across the hall from Shona's friends Sophomore year until finally we saw what was clearly in front of us! After realizing just how much fun we have together, Shona was curious what Tim would like to be when he grows up, and after at first saying an octopus, he then admitted he would like to be her boyfriend.

After 12 YEARS of fun and love, we went for a Covid-safe walk at Rutgers Gardens where we last were almost 12 years ago. Following a beautiful walk Tim thought it would be "fun" to go see Shona's old apartment at Rutgers in the Newells where they fell in love. Once finding Shona's apartment Tim said "do you know what I what to be when I grow up?". He then dropped to one knee and asked Shona (who was stunned) if she would marry him. Naturally the only answer was Yes! We are so excited celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you!
