Will transportation be provided?

Thank you for RSVPing. - The coach bus will leave the Courtyard Hotel at 3:00 PM to head to the Bayou Club. - The coach bus will bring guests back to the Courtyard Hotel at 10:00 PM.

Is parking available?

Parking is available, along with valet parking, and overnight parking, free of charge.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Examples below: Women: mid-length dress, cocktail dress, jumpsuit, long skirt, dressy pants Men: suit, button-down shirt, blazer, dress shirt, dress pants, ties optional

Can I bring a plus one?

Those noted on the invite is who is in our guest list, due to venue size limits.

Are children welcome?

Unfortunately, due to how many people this venue accommodates, we are not having children attend our wedding, including children of family.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony (3:30 pm).

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside unless there is rain. This is decided 2 hours ahead of the ceremony.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

The reception will be indoors.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

There is a “Registry” tab on our website. We are doing a Honeymoon Fund and a Home Fund.
