We recommend flying into Rome's airport (FCO). You can also fly directly into Assisi; however, flights are limited (unless coming from another European city).

Travel Note

Getting Around

Taxis work well for getting to/from events. We'll have transportation for the wedding (from select hotels). The town of Assisi is extremely walkable. If you want more flexibility and/or to explore surrounding areas cars are also easy to rent and inexpensive. If you are wanting a car, we'd recommend you book rentals ahead of time with booking.com (or something similar).
