This hotel is a more budget friendly alternative and only ~15 min walk from Hotel Chinzanso.

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is near Waseda University. They have a bus that goes directly to and from the hotel and airport but only at two fixed times a day. The hotel can also call a taxi for you. You can also take trains to get to the site, but if you have luggage, it may easier to take a cab.
