How we met
First comes school, then comes marriage
Michael and Leslie met in 2013 while they were at UW-Milwaukee. Since then, they have shared many exciting adventures like adopting their two sons Oliver and Felix, graduating college together and traveling around the world. They look forward to sharing the rest of their life together!
The Proposal
Michael popped the question in Florence, Italy in the Fall of 2018. Michael dropped to one knee in front of Pitti Palace and asked Leslie to marry him, her answer was obviously, yes!! His proposal was followed with applause from a group of tourists. He still isn't sure how he got the ring across the world without Leslie knowing!
