Do I have to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation. Any RSVPs not submitted by this date will be considered not attending.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Texas formal - boots and cowboy hats encouraged! Men: Nice (not ripped) jeans, khakis, or dress pants, collared shirt, sports coats (not required) Ladies: Cocktail dresses, cowgirl boots, chunky heels Check the Pinterest board for some fun, country inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/MakenzieShivers/wedding-ms%2Bnh/guest-attire-recommendations/ Notes: *The ceremony will take place on grass, so stilettos are not recommended. *It should go without saying, but please avoid wearing white (aside from a white dress shirt for men). *If you'd like to coordinate with our color palette (not required), we recommend wearing blues, greens, beige, taupe, khaki, black, brown, gold and silver

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Kids are welcome if listed on the invitation (example: "The Hirsch Family"). Please include them in your RSVP if you plan to bring them so we can get an accurate headcount

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend staying in Navasota (15 mins from location), College Station (30 mins from location), Magnolia (30 mins from location), or Brenham (50 mins from location). There are also a lot of AirBNBs in the surrounding area, so find your favorite people and rent a house together!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be formal transportation, however, Uber / Lyft is available in the area. Please plan responsibly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be plenty of parking. Please follow the signs as you enter the ranch.

Are there any local activities while we're in the area?
Answer
- Blue Bell Ice Cream offers tours of their factory in Brenham, which includes ice cream tasting (https://www.bluebell.com/visit-blue-bell/) - Visit a winery, there's several in the area - George H.W. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors with an semi-indoors reception. Its Texas, so we never know what the weather will do. Please check the weather, but its more likely to be warm / hot.

Please see the registry tab on the website. We are not doing a traditional store registry.
