Please arrive 10 minutes early to mingle and meet. Rehearsal will start at noon. Lunch will be immediately following the rehearsal at Whiskey Row in Downtown Gilbert. Our Ceremony and Reception
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Stay hydrated! August in Arizona is hot but our guests are hotter! Our ceremony and reception will be indoors with air conditioning so we can stay cool all night. Please arrive early to use the restroom, say hello to family and friends, and find your seats! We are so excited to see you all! We would like to close the doors close at 5:15pm to start the ceremony. Due to space restrictions, we kindly request that this be an adults-only event, with no children under the age of 10 (except our flower girls). We love your children and if this is an issue, please reach out to us directly. Light bites and drinks will be served for cocktail hour at the opposite end of the venue following the ceremony. Dinner will be served buffet style, all diets should be accommodated. Please let us know if you have any specific food allergies. Please RSVP no later than August 1st, 2025.
