Please RSVP by March 15, 2025 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Enter your name. If you have a plus one, it should already be designated under your name.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one or date, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep some of our events an adults-only event with the exception of family. Your invitation will specify the number of invitees to all of our events.
We have room blocks at Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile and InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile for May 23–26, 2025. Visit the Travel page on the wedding website to book your stay.
Marriott: Valet parking ($75/night); nearby self-parking options. InterContinental: Valet parking ($76/night); nearby self-parking garages available. You can also use Spot Hero to find nearby parking spaces.
The wedding events take place at different venues, all within walking distance of the room block hotels: Welcome Party: Loews Chicago Hotel (455 N Park Dr), approximately 0.4 miles (a 9-minute walk) from both Marriott and InterContinental. You can walk or take an Uber/taxi. The area is well-lit, safe, and easy to navigate on foot. Morning Events: InterContinental (e.g., Grah Shanti, Haldi, wedding ceremony) Evening Events: Marriott (e.g., Sangeet, Reception)
Yes! You’re welcome to book any hotel. However, most wedding events are near or at the room block hotels along Michigan Avenue.
This depends on availability. Contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Welcome Party: Western attire. Think summer dresses, skirts, or nice blouses for women, and smart casual or sports jackets with trousers for men. Grah Shanti / Haldi (blessing & turmeric ceremony): Comfortable bright clothing (yellow, pink, or orange) that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Avoid dark colors or white. Sangeet (musical celebration): Festive Indian or Western glam—think bright colors, sparkle, and flowy outfits. No short dresses or skirts please. Wedding Ceremony: Traditional Indian attire or formal Western wear. Avoid red, white, and black. Reception: Formal or black-tie optional—elegant gowns, sarees, tuxedos, or suits. We’re so excited if you’re interested in wearing Indian attire! However, if you prefer, Western outfits that match the dress code (e.g., cocktail or formal) are also appropriate.
