She's the one that he can always count on—organized, calm under pressure, and always ready with a sarcastic comment or a helping hand. Having her as a friend is a true gift. Although the two girls walk different paths and grow separately, they never grow apart. Shirley is so incredibly lucky and grateful to have Francesca standing by her side as a bridesmaid. 16 years of friendship down, forever to go!

Maggie and Shirley instantly connected when they met in Chinese language class during undergrad. They initially bonded over their love for the K-pop group Big Bang, but their friendship solidified due to Maggie's kind, patient, and genuine nature! Her unwavering support has kept Shirley grounded while also lifting her up! The last 13 years spent together have been invaluable and each hangout refreshes the soul! Shirley was one of Maggie's bridesmaids when she got married, and now Shirley is so excited to have Maggie by her side on her big day!

Yanny and Shirley worked together (in the same office with Robyn!) and are now both registered nurses. What started as a professional connection has blossomed into one of the most cherished friendships of Shirley's life. Yanny tells it like it is with the perfect mix of honesty, humor, and confidence that always makes Shirley smile. Yanny's straightforwardness is refreshing, and her wit is unmatched. Having Yanny as a bridesmaid is a reminder of how friendships can evolve into something irreplaceable, and Shirley's so thankful to have her by her side on this special day.

Aaron and James met as medical assistants and quickly became good friends. They were constantly mistaken for twins at work and at school. They tackled PA school side by side, through the chaos, caffeine, and clinicals. He's spontaneous, reliable, and genuinely one of the best people James knows. James feels very lucky to have him in his life and even luckier to have him standing by him on his big day.

James met Yuki at Ichiban Kan, never expecting he’d become a lifelong friend. Over the years—and many trips to Japan—he’s been a constant source of laughter, support, and friendship. His humor is wild and random in the best way, but underneath it all, he’s one of the most dependable and genuine people James knows. James feels incredibly lucky to call him a friend and to have him as one of his groomsman.

Kevin and James met in sixth grade. From middle school to college campuses, and even behind the counter at Ichiban Kan, they've been through it all. Quiet and soft spoken, Kevin might not be the loudest in the room, but he's always the most reliable. They enjoy playing board games, hanging out, and playing the occasional online game. James is honored to have him as one of his groomsman.

James and Olivia met in college biology class. Little did he know, that chance encounter would lead to one of his longest-lasting and most meaningful friendships. As members of the Biology crew, they spent countless hours studying on the third floor of the library. Olivia is probably the most prepared and forthright person he knows. James is very thankful for the friendship that’s lasted all these years.

Kel and James met at SF State, where they were part of the of the 3rd floor library crew. They agonized over studying for Cell Biology and Chemistry lab. Known for his thoughtful nature and happy-go-lucky attitude, Kel has a great sense of humor that made long study sessions and weekend hangouts something to look forward to. Some of James' favorite memories include hanging out at Kel's house, going on group road trips to LA, and playing board games. He’s honored to have Kel as one of his groomsmen.
Austin Lee

Austin and James met at SF State, where they were both biology majors and part of the 3rd floor library group that somehow balanced studying with nonstop laughter. Sundays were spent at Austin’s place for Game of Thrones watch parties full of theories, debates, and plenty of snacks. Though he's moved away from the Bay, he and James stay connected through sharing memes. James is honored to have Austin by his side as one of his groomsman.

Our lovely pup, Biffle! His name stands for Best Friend for Life (BFFL) and we're so happy to include him in our special day! Stealing hearts and snacks since day one, our beloved Pup of Honor brings tail wags, tiny kisses, and unconditional love to this special day. He's given us so much joy—and on our special day, he takes his rightful place in the spotlight! The cutest (and furriest) member of our wedding party is very friendly and loves attention! Please give him lots of love!
