We're getting married!

Our story technically started years before we even realized it. It started in the most romantic place possible.. Best Buy. We both so happened to work at Best Buy around the same time. I was 21 years old and Dimitris was 24. I was working temporarily at his store location (worked there 2 or 3 times). One day he came up to me to ask a question… though to this day, I couldn’t tell you what it was. It felt like just another quick interaction—nothing out of the ordinary. Fast forward 7 years and he slides into my DM with "You look so familiar. I think I know you from somewhere.." I almost didn't reply because I thought here we go, another guy trying to be smooth😂- but I'm so glad I did🤭 As we kept talking, I realized he was right- we had met before a few years back. Eventually we also found out we both went to the same high school and had mutual friends. In September of 2019, we went on our first date to Agnanti in Astoria to have delicious Greek food. We didnt want to end the night there so we went for some drinks and dancing after. Later that night, I said to myself with certainty “he is going to be my future husband.” 6 years down and forever more to go ❤️
