After thoughtful consideration for our family and friends, we have decided to cancel our wedding that was set to take place on May 22nd, 2021. 🇺🇸Shirin and Will met in November of 2016, shortly after Shirin decided to move from Germany to the U.S. to become an Au Pair. What she thought was going to be a temporary gap-year turned into almost 4 years of pure bliss. She just so happened to work and live in the town where Will had grown up, and where they would share their first memories together. It was on a surprise trip to St. Thomas the following summer where Shirin scrambled to stay for a second year, as their brief relationship had clearly blossomed into love. With Will in NYC, and Shirin in New Jersey, they spent the next year braving the horrors of Penn Station every weekend to spend every free moment together. It was a year of devouring Levain Cookies, and carefree strolls through central park that they realized their lives would never be the same. They had found the love and friendship that most people dream of. On an adventurous trip across the Hudson to see Hoboken, they fell in love with the mile-square city, and it would be where they shared their first home. With the support of the wonderful people in their live, they started to build their future together.

🇩🇪Shirin und Will haben sich im November 2016 kennen gelernt, kurz nachdem Shirin sich dazu entschieden hat für ein Au Pair Jahr nach Amerika zu ziehen. Was nur als ein Auslandsjahr geplant war, hat sich zu fast 4 Jahren purer Glückseligkeit entwickelt. Sie hat zufällig in der Stadt gearbeitet und gelebt in der Will aufgewachsen ist, und in der sie ihre ersten gemeinsamen Erinnerungen miteinander teilen. Es war auf einer Überraschungsreise nach St.Thomas in der sich Shirin dazu entschieden hat ein zweites Jahr zu bleiben, da sich ihre kurze Beziehung eindeutig zu Liebe entwickelt hatte. Während Will für ein Jahr in NYC und Shirin in New Jersey gewohnt hat, verbrachten sie das nächste Jahr damit, die Schrecken der Penn Station in New York zu trotzen um jeden freien Moment miteinander zu verbringen. Es war ein Jahr gefüllt mit Levain Cookies (die größten und besten cookies) und Spaziergängen durch Central Park, als sie realisiert haben ,dass ihr Leben nicht mehr das selbe sein wird. Sie haben die Liebe und Freundschaft miteinander gefunden von denen die meisten Leute träumen. Sie haben sich sofort in Hoboken verliebt, wo sie ihr erstes gemeinsames Zuhause teilen. Mit der Unterstützung von den wundervollen Menschen in ihrem Leben, haben sie begonnen sich ihre gemeinsame Zukunft aufzubauen.
