In August of 2019 Steven and I connected on one of my favorite song's, "Matrimony" by Wale. I posted the song on my Facebook story. He mentioned, that Matrimony was one of his favorite songs too and wanted to play that song at his wedding. Steven didn't know that I had secretly Facebook stalked his page in 2018 when he posted, "I just want one women with 5 tattoos, who cuss a little and loves God". After looking at his page, I thought, "oh my goodness my future husband is looking for me!" After connecting over FaceTime Steven asked me on a our first date September 1, 2019. The day of our first date my sister called me and said she wanted to introduce me to a guy name Steven who was leading a singles ministry at his church. I told her that I was already going on a date with him! She had no idea we were already talking . After our first date he invited me on a date almost every other day and on Valentine's Day 2019 we began to date exclusively. During our courtship Steven has been a positive mentor in my sons lives. He has been instrumental in instilling a strong work ethic. Taking them under his wing and teaching them everything he knows. Matthias continues to work alongside him. In addition to providing mentorship he genuinely loves and cares for them as if they are his own. Besides his good looks and Libra charm 🥰...His genuine love for God, me, my son's and people is what I fell in love with. On 7/25/2022 Steven came to my house with a bag full of gifts. I never expected anything because he is always spoiling me with gifts😊. One of the gifts was a black Coach purse that I pointed out to him last time we were at Coach. When I opened the purse I saw a beautiful Canadian diamond ring! He knelt on one knee and asked me to marry him🥰. Of course, I said "yes"!
