Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are unable to offer plus ones. If you're receiving an invitation, it means we’re excited to have you join us on this special day. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is garden attire. This means semi-formal clothing suitable for an outdoor setting. For women, think flowy dresses, sundresses, or dressy separates in soft or vibrant colors. For men, light suits, dress shirts, and slacks are great choices—ties are optional. Comfortable shoes or wedges that work well on grass & sand are encouraged.

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors in May in Washington State, where the weather can be unpredictable. It could be sunny, breezy, or even a little rainy! Please dress for the outdoors, and consider bringing a light jacket or umbrella. The celebration will be rain or shine, so come prepared to enjoy the day with us no matter what!

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes early, by 12:30 PM, to allow time for parking and getting to the ceremony site. The wedding will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

Where do I park, and how do I get to the venue?Where do I park, and how do I get to the venue?

Answer

We are in the south lot of Larrabee State Park. A Discovery Pass or a day-use parking pass is required and can be purchased on-site. The reception area is next to the south parking lot, and the ceremony will take place on the beach just below the reception area.

Answer

Our ceremony will be standing only. If you have mobility concerns, please reach out to our wedding planner or us directly, and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. Please note that the path down to the ceremony site is a bit steep with some exposed roots, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and being mindful as you make your way down.

Answer

We have chosen to have a dry wedding, so there will be no alcohol served or allowed at our venue . However, we will have plenty of delicious drinks and fun to keep the celebration going!

Answer

Yes! We will have vegan and gluten-free options available for appetizers, entrées, and dessert. If you have any specific dietary concerns, please let us know in advance so we can ensure you have a delicious meal to enjoy!

Answer

While the ceremony will be unplugged, we encourage you to get snaps of the reception and use the hashtag #AbarucsoInLove on social media.
