A bus will be transporting guests from the Marriott City Center and the Hilton Downtown to and from the Apiary for the Ceremony and the Reception. SCHEDULE: 3:30pm - Bus arrives at the Marriott City Center for guest loading 3:45pm - Bus departs Marriott City Center (the bus will depart promptly; please ensure you are on the bus before this time.) Bus will drop the Marriott guests off at the Apiary 4:15pm - Bus arrives at Hilton Downtown for guest loading 4:20pm - Bus departs Hilton Downtown (the bus will depart promptly; please ensure you are on the bus before this time.) Bus will drop Hilton guests off at the Apiary For transportation back to the Marriott and Hilton, the bus will depart at 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 10:00pm, and a final trip when the reception ends at 11pm.
Flight
There are a lot of airports in the area. LEX is preferred, but you can also fly into SDF or CVG and rent a car! LEX is Lexington's airport and is 10 minutes away from downtown Lexington. SDF is Louisville's airport and is around 1 hour and 10 minutes from Lexington. CVG is Cincinnati's airport and is around 1 hour and 15 minutes from Lexington.
