Great question! In order to ensure that we have the best possible mixture of class and comfort at our wedding, we have decided that the dress code should be cocktail. Simply put, cocktail wedding attire is a slightly more elevated dress code than semi-formal attire. Our venue is a modern barn and our reception and ceremony will be late evening, so women can wear a midi dress, or something that hits just above the knee. A sleek jumpsuit or a trendy skirt-and-top combo will also work fabulously. Accessories will elevate a semi-formal look to cocktail, so consider pieces like statement earrings or trendy shoes to give your outfit a formal upgrade. When in doubt, a little black dress (or jumpsuit) is a great go-to. For the men, cocktail attire typically includes a suit and tie. Although, guest have the flexibility to expereiment with colors and prints, something dark colored would be appropriate for an afternoon at the venue.
In place of the traditional wedding gifts, Shilah and Noah would appreciate monetary gifts to help them purchase furniture for their home.
We are so glad to have you! Our ceremony starts at 5pm so we recommend arriving early and finding a good seat around 4:30!
To allow guest to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only, with the exception of a few invited. We thank you for your understanding!
