Hotel Reservation for the Wedding Day

Before jumping on details please remember to make the reservations of your hotel in Tierra Bomba to arrive on December 11, 2021, for the wedding day and night. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible as Eteka has limited rooms available at this time (6 rooms) first come, first served and Beach Hotel has (20 rooms available).

Arriving in Cartagena

Ideally, you can arrive in Cartagena at least two days before the wedding. This way you will be able to know and enjoy the tourist attractions that the city offers. Our recommendation is that you book accommodation in the Historic Center, either in hotels, hostels, or private houses. Under the Travel tab, you will find some recommended options. Also, Under the Things to Do section, you will find some places to visit during your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay in this magical city.

Back to Hotel

For the transfer after the wedding to the Beach Hotel, you must coordinate it with them at the time of booking. It has an approximate cost of $ 9.5. In the morning you can enjoy the hotel's beach club, have a traditional dish of the region and return to Cartagena in the afternoon if you wish or you can always prologue the stay.
Arriving at the wedding/ option 1

Our wedding will be taking place at Tierra Bomba. You have two options about when to cross over the island: Option number 1 Take the boat offered by Beach Hotel or Eteka Hotel from the Cartagena dock, boat departures every hour, remember the boat transfer service is included in the hotel rate. Shoot to arrive at Beach Hotel or Eteka hotel at 11:00 am, proceed with the check-In, then enjoy a Colombian traditional lunch and get ready in the hotel for the wedding. If you want to hire a styling service, we recommend you schedule in advance your appointment. Feel free to contact her on her Instagram account. If you are staying at the Beach Club a boat from Eteka Beach Lounge will pick you up at 3:30 p.m. to take you to the ceremony site.
Arriving at the wedding/ option 2

Option number 2 Make all your wedding preparations in Cartagena and get picked up at 3:00 PM at the dock on the Castillo Grande beach, in front of the Bocagrande hospital you will be taken by boat to the Hotel Eteka Beach Lounge. Enjoy the wedding and at approximately 4:00 am, take the boat that will take you to check-in at the Beach Hotel. If you are staying at Eteka Hotel you don’t have to worry about this. We recommend bringing your hand luggage, to spend the night and change into your nightgowns upon your arrival at the Beach Hotel. Once there, you decide what time to return to Cartagena, either the next day or perhaps extend your stay. Make sure you plan the reservation accordingly since it will be hard to find a vacancy at the last minute.
