(Colleen's twin sister) From womb-mate to Matron of Honor, Emily has been my biggest supporter and role model in life. She’s helped keep me calm in my most hectic moments, while also keeping me humble in my best. She’s taught me so many important lessons in life: how to love unconditionally, how to welcome a male into our family of extreme female energy, and how to be the best mom when that day comes. She’s not a regular mom…she’s a COOL mom. You can find her at the wedding with the cutest man in the room…Luke :)

Best Man

My very best companion and life partner (sorry girls), Rob got here 26 months earlier and has been showing me a thing or two since. Being inclusive from an early age, Rob has been an adviser, an influence and has molded me… for better or for worse. Brotherhood in the raw, we’ve had countless coming-of-age experiences together. Nobody can bring out in me as much immaturity (right, Dana?) while leading me to grow myself concomitantly.

(Colleen's sister) Hannah is my youngest, twin-less sister. Even though she doesn’t have a duplicate running around, her energy feels like that of 2 people…so I think it’s best my parents stuck to a single birth for the last child. I’m so excited to have her as my Maid of Honor on my wedding day. If you’d like to meet Hannah before the wedding, you can probably find her running a casual 15 miles at the local park. At the wedding you’ll find her on the dance floor, pulling the weight of all the Shiflet girls with our terrible dance skills.

A relationship launched from a dirty puddle on a beachside corner, Alex has been my quasi-big brother and, possibly, the very first mini-human friend after Rob. Summer-living in tents along the Jersey Shore (I can explain), I’ve been riding life’s wave with Al since the swaddle era. He epitomizes what it means to be a loyal, honest friend and is more dependable than the diaper itself. We’ve come along way from the days of laundry-basket street hockey, SuperNintendo marathons and touch-and-go asiatic voyages together. These days we’re more distinguished..and reserved………..… In 2019, I had the honor of “Merrying” Al and his beautiful bride, Michaela. So I’m incredibly honored to have him stand by my side as Michaela’s father, Tim, sends Colleen and I into our own marriage.

(Colleen's other sister) Kate is really excited to be in the bridal party, and you’ll most likely find her leading multiple toasts throughout the night. I can rely on Kate for anything, whether that be listening to me as I rant, planning a fun weekend, or being completely honest with me when I need some raw, unfiltered advice. She’s my one-stop-shop for all the guidance, humor, and advice a girl could need, and I’m so lucky to have her by my side (and approval of my future husband) on this special day.

Origin: Barnstable, Massachusetts Species: Unknown Eyes: Caribbean Blue Height: ‘Hey-Easy Does it, Guy’ Notable Achievements: Upon losing his 2020 Fantasy Football League, Connor adhered to the league punishment of consuming 100 hotdogs in just 48 hours. Most scientistic findings indicate he may be half man, half dolphin. Nonetheless, researchers cannot collect conclusive data. Indubitably subhuman, Connor has a heart that weighs 3 times the average person. By the end of our wedding, you’ll have fallen in love with Connor and you’ll want to take my college roommate home with you as your new best friend. So, let’s be clear, he is my best friend. Accept your wedding favors and leave him alone. Subsequently, you can always reach him by phone but, I must disclaim, our average phone conversation is 4 hours and 48 minutes so clear your schedule. *Scientists began to believe he was part of the Infraorder Cetacea family when he grabbed an inflatable Dolphin at a county fair and took off running, soon to be tackled by local authorities.

( still Colleen's sister) I can promise you that I will be on time for my own wedding because I’ll have Molly by my side, making sure I’m out the door not a minute late. Molly is the perfect addition to my bridal party, and although she is not Maid of Honor, I know that she will have edited the Maid of Honor speech to perfection. Despite Molly being the reliable sister, I always have the best nights out with her! If you weren’t aware, Molly is now a Nashville native, so you will find her rocking out to the live band all night.

Definitely not an Autobiography Cornelius “Corey“ Harris III, inventor of the Reverse Pencil Sharpener, a device that un-sharpens your favorite pencils, has dedicated his life to creating products that will directly impact the world in a positive way. As a non-direct descendent of Oprah Winfrey, Corey knows a thing or two about building strong relationships, which he attributes to his lasting relationship with the Harrison family. Scott and Corey went to different schools together, which is where they met. Their relationship has remained strong over the years, even through the tough decisions of who would marry Michelle Obama and how many Old Speckled Hen Beers is considered too much to consume. Corey, his current wife (Brooke Harris) and a handful of his ex-wives are excited to fly in from Western Delaware to attend Scott and Colleen’s special day. A couple of interesting facts about Corey are that he was on the Jerry Springer television show 4 times, and was the first person in the United States to beat Scott in Table Tennis… and Ill do it again, any time, any day.

Dana Harrison

(Colleen's future sister - because she didn't already have enough of those) The Harrison boys definitely have a type! Dana is my bonus sister, and I am so lucky to have her. From the second I met her, she has been nothing but supportive, loving, and accepting of not only us as a couple but me as a person. She's helped me navigate joining the Harrison Family and even helped Scott pick out my beautiful ring (THANK YOU!!). If it wasn't for her, we may be another 10 years out from Scott proposing.

A Globetrotter, a shepherd, a novice archeologist and a man of trilingualism; a curator of punk rock and a non-paternal father to so many. Charlie Carota is a dilettante of none and a connoisseur of all. *If you run into Charlie at our wedding ask him about his painstaking dedication to the dark world of bodybuilding.
