Summer Soiree
A sangeet is a night of fun with lots of food, music, and dancing to kick off the wedding excitement and welcome close friends and family. There will also be mehndi artists there applying henna! Attire: Indian formal (lengha or saree) or bright cocktail / midi dresses Ladies: saree, lehenga, Indowestern, or colorful cocktail / midi dresses Men: sherwani, kurta, or linen suit There will be valet parking available at the Hyatt!

Baraat
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
A baraat is an upbeat wedding procession to escort the groom to the ceremony (think groom coming in on a horse, except Vikram isn't). It's one of the most fun traditions of an Indian wedding and is filled with music and dancing! There will be valet parking available at the Vesper!
Wedding Ceremony
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Indian / Summer Formal
Attire: Summer formal Ladies: Indian formal (saree / lengha) or floor length dresses (fun colors suggested vs. black) Men: Black-Tie Optional (Tux, Suits, or Sherwani) If you want to wear something Indian, but unsure what to buy or from where, just let us know - we are happy to help! There will be valet parking available at the Vesper!
