We don’t have the traditional proposal/first date story. We met in middle school in our hometown of Winchester VA through mutual friends. Our friendship quickly became a “teenage love affair”. We planned to get married and start a family as if it was a business deal…but God! At that time, we were so unaware of the plans God had in store for us. We now know that it's only through his grace and mercy that we are able to celebrate 31 years of marriage.
