Who is allowed upstairs at the Taco Bell Cantina wedding ceremony?
Answer
We’re only allowed a maximum of 25 guests for the 7 pm ceremony upstairs. Our page titled “Wedding Party” will state which guests are allowed upstairs for the ceremony. The remaining guests can watch from the big screen downstairs.

Am I allowed a +1?
Answer
Yes, every guest who is directly invited may bring a +1 but they will likely have to wait at the first floor of Taco Bell Cantina during the wedding ceremony unless told otherwise by the bride and groom. Final guest list for the upstairs party will be under the page “Wedding Party.” Please provide the full name and phone number of the +1 that you will be bringing by July 6th, 2025.

4 events require an RSVP: welcome party at Marquee, tea ceremony at New Asian BBQ, wedding ceremony at Taco Bell Cantina, and after party at OMNIA. Last day to RSVP for those events is July 6th, 2025.

What’s the parking situation like for Planet Hollywood? Any tips?

Valet parking is $40/day. You can give your parking/valet ticket to the front desk and have it charged to your room for payment during check-out. If you choose to do self-parking, be prepared for a 1/4 mile long walk to the resort. If you have a lot of items/bags, I recommend dropping off your bags at the bell desk before self-parking. If you join Caesars Rewards membership program and upgrade to Platinum status and above, it’s free self-parking and valet. Easiest way to upgrade to a Platinum status is by opening up a Caesars Rewards Visa Signature Credit Card; it provides an automatic upgrade to Platinum status and 2,500 tier credits within 90 days of card approval.

Will I have to make a reservation for any events?

The events you won’t have to make a reservation for are the tea ceremony, wedding, and after party; that is why RSVP’s are required for those events. The rest of the events on the itinerary are optional but the two I recommend booking a reservation for are Omega Mart and Wynn Buffet; you can do this online.

How long is the ceremony?

It should be 30 minutes - 1 hour so guests downstairs won’t have to wait too long.

No, the only required event is the ceremony at Taco Bell Cantina.

Do we have to stay at Planet Hollywood?
Answer
No, but it’s one of the closest hotels to Taco Bell Cantina and is within reasonable walking distance. We recommend booking a room on the strip near the ceremony’s location.

Do we have to book under the group code?
Answer
No, but it ensures that the guests will be staying near one another. You should be able to book a Fountain View room for the same price as a Standard Room. If you have a military or teacher discount, I suggest using that instead of the group code and try to see if you can join the rest of the group during check-in (based upon availability).

Why am I having trouble with RSVP’s?
Answer
Under the “RSVP” page, it marked down names as they were saved in contacts. Try just putting in your first name or nickname. Feel free to message me as well if you’re still having trouble.

How do I get free entry for Marquee?
