It’s actually a really funny story. This wasn’t my first time using Dil Mil. After several months of being unsuccessful I had deleted the app and given up hope. Somehow one of my close friends got wind that I had given up and she set out on a mission to make me reconsider. Finally she accompanied her mission. I stepped up to bat again this time with much better results. I met a few lovely ladies but something wasn’t there with them. Then finally May 1st 2016 I messaged one girl who would eventually change my life forever. Fast forward 3 weeks to May 27 after some intense conversation we decide to actually meet and go on a date. We agree to meet in a public place you know to stay safe and avoid serial killers lol. She pulls up and gets into my car, only to block her face and do everything in her power to avoid making eye contact with me. You would think I would run for my life, nope I ate it up. I thought it was the cutest thing ever. We get to dinner and BOOM! Screeching Halt! Is this another one that lacks that something extra I’m looking for? After later discussing it I find out both of us did not think there would be a date 2. We both decide to just see where it goes and we continue the date. We go for a walk and keep talking and we start clicking jus like we have been these past 3 weeks. Again fast forward to the present. I found my weirdo!! Honestly I couldn’t imagine life without her. As tacky as it is she is really my better half. And finally on June 9, 2019 I will marry my best friend.
