Will alcohol be served?

As stated above, our wedding will be an alcohol-free celebration, and we hope you'll join us in embracing this special day with love, laughter, and lots of joy! We appreciate your support and understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We feel so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful family and friends as we celebrate our wedding day. To keep the celebration personal and intimate, we’re keeping our guest list limited and are only able to extend plus-one invitations to a few of our guests. If your RSVP form includes a plus-one option, we would be so happy to welcome them. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo and know how much we appreciate you being there with us. Thank you so much for your love, support, and understanding—it truly means the world to us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We 'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! although our dress code is dressy casual attire, dress to impress if you wish! Please no jeans/shorts and avoid any shades of white. Please dress weather appropriate due to our ceremony taking place outdoors. Our venue is on the mountain, it will be October, it may be chilly!

Can I take photo's/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us. We have a very great photographer and videographer who will capture our ceremony, and we will absolutely share all of those photos/videos with you!

What do I do if i can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and "RSVP" not attending so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What do I do if I did not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (September 10, 2025), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically, in mid October it will average between 55-70 degrees during the day and cooler in the evening.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event to maintain a more intimate setting. A few older teens will be attending, and if they’re included in your RSVP, you’ll see their names listed there. Thank you so much for understanding—we’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels and Airbnb's in the area. We have provided a hotel block at The Holiday Inn Express- offering a discounted rate when you call and book under "The Stephens/Mast wedding"

Yes, it is located right outside of the barn. It will be covered in case it is hot or raining.
