What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 6:15pm at the latest to refrain from interfering with the ceremony. If you are late we ask that you wait near your car until 7:00pm or until you see guest moving around to retrieve their alcohol.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 1, 2025 so we can make sure you are fed and have a place to sit on our special day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable in their outfit of choice for the night, but please remember you will be in our pictures/memories for life when we look back at our wedding photos. We do ask NO WHITE/CREAMS/OFF-WHITES worn, please save those colors for another time.

Is alcohol allowed?

Answer

Yes! BYOB, however the venue states absolutely NO GLASS BOTTLES and you are not allowed to leave the venue then return to retrieve more alcohol. The owners will not allow you back on the premises as we signed a contract agreeing to their terms and we ask that you respect the rules of the venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You are allowed to park anywhere there is gravel poured, DO NOT park on the grass.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Wedding rehearsal for the wedding party will be held the night prior to the wedding, however, if you are traveling out of state we would love to see your wonderful faces and spend some extra quality time with you so please let us know if you come into town the day before!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there may not be any Ubers available as the venue is in rural Oklahoma so please have a DD if you plan on drinking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let me know if there are any good accommodations needed 90 days prior to the wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you please not bring anyone not RSVP’d due to there possibly not being enough seating or food. We have made accommodations for the 200 people on our invite list. However, if you don’t plan on eating but just want to dance the night away and celebrate with us we welcome you with open arms!
